• Participated as Senior Advisor on issues of internationalisation and group management structure of a leading Nordic telecom operator.
• Client and project management of Russian entry strategy for a disposable hygiene products company.
• Client and overall responsibility for a supply chain (total fibre flow) implementation assignment for a pulp and paper company, a global leader in its field.
• Senior Advisor in several assignments for clients in a variety of industries.

1971 - 1997 SIAR and SIAR-Bossard AB, Stockholm, Sweden

• Practised management consulting since end of 1971 in SIAR, from 1990 in SIAR-Bossard. Became full partner of SIAR in 1982. Focus has been on corporate level issues of both multibusiness and single business companies in Scandinavia (mainly Sweden and Finland) as well as in rest of Europe, United States and Canada, Brazil, Japan and Asia-Pacific. Areas of experience include multibusiness and single business strategy and organisation, internationalisation, M&A and restructuring. Also worked extensively on ownership and strategic corporate governance issues. Published articles and three books on issues of ownership and corporate governance 1994-98.
• Multitude of management responsibilities parallel to consulting work, e.g. for industry practices (pulp, paper and packaging; Written several articles on key issues of this industry) offices (Stockholm, Boston, Singapore, Paris, Sao Paulo, Baltic offices) and functions (development, administration). During this time been based in Stockholm, Boston (3 years) and Paris (1 year).
